Package delayed for 4 days at this depo. Not picking up phones. Not letting the customer come and pick up the package.

My package was heading to wrong address (my/eshop fault, not theirs), I called them at number given in this listing, they picked up immediately, a lady looked into it, told me options, suggested rerouting the package to different post office near my place where I can pick it up, did the change herself and told me I can follow it up online or just call her back. Way above expectations.

I order from the company (we are there all day) and the package always ends at the post office anyway. The inability of the Czech Post and deliverers knows no bounds. State enterprise no .. no wonder.

We really do not recommend this service !! Their couriers repeatedly do not deliver consignments and only bring them to the Czech Post branch, and we have to go to the post office for consignments, even though we pay for the home delivery service! From 8:00 to 14:00, a person gets stuck at home with a child, he can't even go for a walk and the driver still doesn't come. The courier does not respond to missed 37 calls within 70 minutes !!!

I would give the depot a full 5 stars, but unfortunately it spoils their poor delivery of packages.
