Rozhledna DOUBRAVKA XIV

Doubravka is quite unusual lookout tower in Prague 14 which was built in 2018. Many people co-financed it. While you’re going up you can read notes, names with dates or even birthday wishes from people who bought one or more stairs. The tower is well situated. It’s about 20 minutes far from Kyje railway station. Itwasn’t that crowded as I expected. Some people were just passing by walking their dogs or running, but the place is quiet.

A beautiful wooden structure offering great views in all directions. The stairs are manageable for everyone, except probably the elderly (approximately 100 steps). The surrounding green area is natural shrub, trees and long grass and is very nice for a walk or a jog.
