My car was rented a month ago and the bail was still nowhere. Communicating with Mr. Gürtler initially seemed somewhat dubious, then a bit contradictory, utterly untrustworthy, and now that I know there are more of us (at least 6 people) and I look at both men on Instagram, where one shows vacation photos and the other shows the new Mercedez, as the peak of insolence. The car was lent to me with a defect on the cooling device - I found out that with this defect at least 2 customers were lent in front of me and one after me !!! The company would like to take clients bail for the defects of cars, while I do not think that they would take care of their service in particular, so that such things may not occur at all. Mustangs are a frog for most people and the idea was good, but with this approach? Was it worth it to damage your name like that? Patience has run out of me, so I turn to the police and then to the court.

The condition of the vehicle corresponds to the age and purpose of use. Tires year-round winter, tread OK, steering reacts accurately and reliably, not suitable for long trips with the roof closed (exhaust modification causes vibration in the cabin), missing mandatory equipment, according to the owner several times crashed. Driving experience great, company behavior quite unprofessional: Car rental based on voucher. The first conflict-wanted surcharge of 1000 CZK per day, because the vehicle I wanted, the client in front of me damaged, the second conflict-refundable deposit was increased from 15 to 25 thousand, the third conflict - refundable deposit was returned after 16 days, instead 2, 24 SMS and 10 phone calls. The company executive did not answer the phone for 10 days. Excuses on the theme of holiday, illness, etc. ... Vehicle rental agreement written on the knee in the garage near the vehicle. For a "product" car rental 4 *, for subsequent nerves 0 *, ie an average of 2 *

For me everything ok, I borrowed 28.8.2017 Camaro. We begged the car and two damaged noticeably from the outside we signed into the contract, even strangled me to use a third person so she could manage even girlfriends and friends. Without a problem, I drove 500 km and adapted so I picked him up at seven in the morning. I put the bail on my hand in the morning and after selling the car it was immediately returned to my hand

Sgrentcar does not refund the bail, despite the fact that the car is returned ok! They are two fraudsters who think up some excuses all the time, why they haven't sent it yet ... Never borrow anything from them !!!
