Why you have written "prijmame nove pacienty" on your web, but when I call and ask, if your dentists can take 2 children, the answer is "we only take kids if their parents are registered at our clinic". Why not just put this information on your web and save someone's time? Thank you.

Good day, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Matyash Olga and her great sister Šedová Petra. Both are great professionals. I am one of the distrustful patients, I experienced my teeth with my teeth .. And for a long time I searched and hesitated whether and where to go. It wasn't until my toothache made me go. I was very scared of what awaited me, and I was still at the front door to see if the pain would wait for a while (but Christmas in front of the door and the vision of dental emergency?). After entering the Smile Center, I was immediately received by the receptionist, I received information (I appreciate the calm and pleasant tone of voice). The lady helped me fill in the registration form (I really like that the form is filled in electronically, very efficient). There are several surgeries in the Smile Center, ie. there are quite a few doctors, nurses, assistants. Everyone who walks around you will be greeted and even under the veil you can see a sincere, soothing look. The whole environment around you is clean, quiet and yet something is still happening. After my very entry into the office of Dr. Matyash and Sister Gray, my fears and anxieties quickly escaped. They both devoted themselves to me all the time, more than 100%. I was informed about everything that awaits me during the procedure. Throughout the procedure, they were asked if everything was okay and if I didn't need anything. You could say that it actually reassured me to have them by my right and left side. I can just say that I hope and very much wish to come here only and never anywhere else. Many thanks to the entire Smile Centrum team for a decent and professional approach. It will sound silly, but I'm actually a little sorry to have it all over with. I had trauma caused by a pediatric dentist and I never wanted to see the dentist again. Thank you Olga Matyash and sister Petra Šédová for a totally great approach. I didn't feel anything during today's dental procedure. If I hadn't heard the drill, I wouldn't even know something was going on. I would also like to praise the young lady who does dental hygiene in the smile center. Also great job. I have no problem at all with anything and I know from my parents that it can be much worse.

I am very glad that I chose the Smile Centrum clinic, thanks to Dr. Kavun. I have to admit that due to a bad experience I was afraid of dentists, but even after the first visit I understood that dental treatment of a man beat absolutely painless. Mrs. Olga Kavun is really a professional, and together with a nice and skilful nurse she will guarantee not only quality treatment but also a pleasant friendly atmosphere. I am also very satisfied with the reception and ordering services, I highly recommend the Smile Centrum clinic.
