Then we completed a trip for cousins ​​and UNNECESSARILY drove again 70km to the store. There, according to the citizen and ID number, the same young lady refused to issue him new cards and constantly had a problem. In the end, after calling the manager, everything was resolved in our favor and the world was amazed - we received the cards and everything went well. Just want to. Such behavior at covid time is grossly unacceptable, and people like this girl should vacate the job position to those who will really do it well and try to meet people's needs.
