Flowers were delivered with delay. Delivery man was not fast at all. I actually waited for him more than an hour more, even after time change by the office. Balloons with helium were almost empty till evening. Do not give a 1 star because the flowers are bright and healthy.

I ordered a bouqet of 2 roses at the last moment, requested it to have it delivered as soon as possible. Within 2hours it was deliverd at my partners office. the bouqet looked beautifel! I will use there service again in the future.

I definitely do not recommend the store !!!! Flowers ordered as a birthday surprise. Ordered at 3 pm with the proviso that it will be by 5 pm. Even after asking when and the constant reassurances that we would not soon receive the answer by 20.30, it would take some time. So we moved the order to the celebration well in advance at 2 pm to 4 pm with the assurance that it will be on time. Unfortunately, this did not happen and again another reassurance that they had the power. The order was for Černý Most from Českomorovská !!! It is about 10 minutes away through the empty weekend streets. Finally, the flowers arrived 1.5 hours late.

The bouquet of 100 roses was withered 50% the second day after delivery, which was, by the way, delayed by about 4 hours after two phone calls, when I was assured that no one was to blame. The variety of roses only remotely resembled the one I ordered. Grapes communication, grapes service. I really do not recommend, there are other suppliers who do not have such a huge problem with honesty.

I don't know if I was just lucky, but the bouquet was ordered in the morning with the required delivery from 2 pm to 4 pm the same day. After 4 pm when it was not delivered, I contacted the infoline and I was told that the courier was on his way and would be with me within half an hour. He arrived an hour late, but called ahead when he arrived. The bouquet was fine.
