The staff was very patient helping my find a replacement part for a drain. They recommended the proper catalogs and then specially ordered the part I needed. When it arrived they promptly called to let me know. Overall very happy with their service.

Pleasant service, we chose bathroom furniture and tiles. We came after an unpleasant visit to SIKU, where they probably have a larger choice of material but 10 times more unpleasant / holding staff.

Honestly, it didn't inspire me much, I needed an ordinary faucet and there were quite a few pieces on display, and the staff certainly wasn't overwhelming with the willingness to advise. When I went to the neighboring Sica for comparison, the service was a bit better there without me wanting to advertise them. In the end, I bought what I wanted at their store in Poděbradská, but it was a birth, for example, they didn't give me the price for which I found the battery at Ptáček's on the web !! This time the shopping experience is really sad.

It is as if you have an assortment (fan) on display that no one knows about, you can't buy, and actually why you want it and why you bother it. The poor saleswoman had a friend there, and they had just finished eating. We were supposed to go to the wholesale store. One star is for having a beautiful model of a shower enclosure that you can slide as you wish. Otherwise, I would not give any asterisk (if I could).

The credit is paid only within 15h30min then there is no head of goods from the warehouse you get only when you are there by 16h I arrived at 16h 05min so for me it is unnecessary to be open until 16h30min when at this time nothing can be done.
