For 3 weeks we tried to complain about defective goods purchased through the eshop. After they found out that it was a complaint, they stopped taking our phone. When we were able to call from another number, they promised to call them the next day, but it never happened. Today I brought the goods to a store in Letnany, where the lady also refused to take it over at first because some of her colleagues were on vacation. After an hour of waiting, she finally took over the goods, but the money has not been returned yet. If that happens, I'll change the review. P. S. Temer finally returned the money after a month. I wanted to change the rating from 1 to 4 stars, but it was ruined by a very arrogant Ukrainian who works at the branch in Vodickova street. Before she paid the money, she had to share her views on Czech law, on the possibility of bagging goods, and what she would do differently if the store were hers. I think the owner should choose the employees better, otherwise he will go bankrupt soon. To date, I do not deserve more than 2 stars.

I came to the Břevnov store, canceled, valid info on the internet that the store is open, so I'm going all over Prague to Letňany and the store is closed for a change, info from the store is open on the internet and on the Foda website no info about the store will be closed ... amateurism, never again ... photo documentation info from pages of everything I have to be open ...
