I'll order a pizza by the window. I'm told it can take up to half an hour to prepare, OK. Chapu ... After 40 minutes, I come to the pleasant staff again to ask what I actually ordered and paid for: / I'm starting to feel the problem and I'm not wrong. In the meantime, we give food and homeland delivery frici, but I was obviously forgotten. Not for the first time: / I hoped in vain that "nova Vevrka" would be better. Njn, not always with mistakes one learns. So desperately, I report my paid call again. There is a commotion inside. The lady sitting there with the child - maybe the owner's partner, hard to say - in any case has a greater effort to make something happen, joins the solution ... Hmm, maybe I'll get my pizza as soon as possible! But no, just delivery again and Dame's food. Hmmm: / In the end, I had to go on a bigger offensive. It turned out that it is an hour from half an hour, because it is: "new pizza", which still made me quite a perverted pizza: / Pizza is not very good, everything is slipping away, the ingredients are pretty cool, but it's not very pizza : / Did it all happen in an hour for those winters? And for that they kept reminding me to bake this pizza for almost two kilos, please? No, it definitely didn't happen. At one time, Squirrel was fine, but where are the times ... I definitely do not recommend. Pizza below average and service as if.

I came to this establishment blind to the violin. I had the opportunity to try all the services that the company offers. 1. Food delivery. I was pleasantly surprised here. Decency of couriers, the possibility of payment by credit card, but mainly speed. 2. Picking up food at the establishment. I have nothing to add here. What was agreed upon was also prepared. Of course, card payment as well. 3. Catering on site. Staff friendly. In addition to pizza, they also have desserts, salads, ice cream ... and of course drinks. The overall impression of this company is positive. You will definitely satisfy the taste buds here. Comparing price with quality ... comparing the tastes of pizza at this price you will be pleasantly surprised. Yes, you can't expect a taste like in a luxury pizzeria, but I ordered and came back here (why the time passed until the end). Like many other competing companies, this one offers a bonus program in the form of stamp collection. You will receive a free pizza for the stamps collected. You will always get a candy or chewing gum with the pizza. Yes, it's not an orbit, for example ... some kind of children's mouthpiece. Whether you take it or not is up to you ... yes, again, it's something extra. Now why such an evaluation? I've known this company for about a month. This month I carried out more than 16 transactions (not pizzas, only transactions where I often took two pizzas in one transaction). Of course, I collected stamps (often I forgot to have the loyalty card stamped). I always left a specific tip in the range of 10-30 CZK. So today a specific case. I ordered the pizza with delivery to the address. A nice nice gentleman arrived (newcomer, ie his premiere day). The payment was reported by phone by card and the terminal really had the employee with him. Unfortunately, this is just a technique and we still could not establish a connection and the payment was always rejected due to an incorrect connection. We tried several times ... nothing. So after an estimated six minutes, I decided to call the establishment, stopping at them the next day and paying, and possibly taking another piece as a hungry person. We were ordered to restart the terminal over the phone ... of course, even then the payment could not be made. It took almost 15 minutes. That is, my pizza was already cold and other customers who are after me could have this time for good and have their stomachs full. I understand the driver who brought me the food could not. Who was to blame? An employee on the phone who tells me he doesn't know how to handle this situation when I give him a proposal? And before that, will he tell me that he will have to trust me? I didn't like the pizza anymore and I gave it back to him to take. Everything went without great emotions and we said goodbye. After his departure, I went to their base and again, without exaggerated emotions, I handed them all stamped loyalty cards, with the proviso that they could please someone else if they wanted to. And also so that they don't come short when I didn't pick up the food. I also met a courier there and I was sorry that he had come into contact with such a situation. I wished him well. So? I ask why this situation had to happen? For the competition, when this happened to me, it could be solved in the proposed way ... and as I announced here, I ordered another meal. Well, it happened and life goes on. At least because of this situation, I decided to limit myself from these meals, so thank you.

Excellent service, excellent drinks for diabetics with fresh fruit. I can highly recommend. Next time we have a vegetable salad, she is more of a bowl for three 🤣🤣🤣
