Worst post. terrible service. not worth 1 star :(((

When you are prompted to pick up a shipment during a pandemic because you have not been home, you can just laugh at it. But I understand that there is a lot going on now. It's worse if you go for a shipment. After 13:00, the queue was already on the waiting list and leaf mania began. The basic snag was that they will not do other services on your ticket to issue a code package, such as issuing another package that is not code. And because you don't know this, it will spit you out at the end of the leaf queue again. And you can wait again. And soak up or spread a great pre-Christmas atmosphere instead of leaving the risky space as quickly as possible and freeing up space for others. From what I was watching, I was not the only one returning to the front in astonishment. Next time, I'll try the other way around and take the service ticket for standard package pickup straight away. Perhaps they will also give me a package for the code, if I still have to say it again at the window. But who knows, instead of advice, I only got fired and had to go through it all again. I don't know why there can't be written somewhere how to proceed properly or someone who can advise people. The fact that people return to the queue unnecessarily only prolongs the whole thing and adds work to the post office. I give three stars only because I have not had a serious problem there so far and the staff is, with some exceptions, generally willing and fast.

The Letňany branch of the Czech Post is one huge tragedy, I would almost say one big mistake !!! Often large queues, but this is the smallest. I was served several times at the window, with the proviso that no other letter / consignment was stored at the post office. Then I found a Call to pick up the shipment in the mailbox at home, during those long waiting times a very unpleasant surprise :( My last negative experience was that on July 14, 2020, when I was served at the counter No. 1 by the employee Sabina Krejčíková. This very arrogant clerk, who does not care that you warn her of her inappropriate behavior, is not able to advise the client, only in an unpleasant voice and gestures shows what the client is an idiot and a half :( I will send an official complaint to the Czech headquarters mail, as such behavior towards clients is completely unacceptable!

A really tragic post office, both in terms of the branch and the post office, brought the package to me only once during the 7 years I have lived with you, and never before the recommended writing. They just toss the ticket into the box as if they were there ..
