This post is getting better, but it is still very bad. But since the introduction of Pošta Online, you can skip the copious amounts of old people waiting for their pension money. Otherwise, still the worst post in Prague. If you wanted to have your package delivered to your house, these postal workers are going to forcefully change your mind, because they just don't deliver.

I thought that Polish post office is bad, crowdy, and unhelpful, but this office beet Polsish office in every competytion. I must take a two queue (45min each) becuse i dont know that i should bought envelope in post shop and i cant do it in the post window...

The worst I could not experience here at the post office. Am I waiting outside the post office like other people because of covide measures? I'm waiting outside for an hour and he calls the number 080 and obstacle No. 3 came. And she says this person has an E80 number .... it's kidding. she replied that I should wait another hour !!!

Seriously? 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting for me to send a package ... with a 3-year-old child. The poor son was already crying and begging us to go away, that he could not breathe in that veil. So I pulled myself together and preferred to leave with no one taken. At least I already know that when I need the post office, I have to pay for babysitting for half a day.
