Visited for sending "registered post" (doporučený dopis), a small branch with 3 to 4 counters, staff members were very helpful. Could get the work done w/o much delay.

Best post office EVER!!!!

It occurs to me that this is one of the best stone branches I know in Prague. The staff at the counters are likeable and helpful. Our classic postwoman, who distributes letters and newspapers, is also great and very nice. Unfortunately, lately I have a problem with the import of packages. About four times in the last few weeks, I have received word that I have not been reached at home, so the package is waiting for me at the post office. Nobody called, nobody rang. Kore at this time, when a lot of people work from home, surprises me that the courier tries to give a reason "not found" as an excuse for non-delivery. I tried several times to call his phone number from an SMS, but most of it is unavailable. I think that at a time when it should be in everyone's interest for us to meet as little as possible in person at the branch, it is a pity that the post office does not solve the problem courier. I can't be the only one with this problem.
