Superb, honest & good value car rental company. Maxim (very nice guy) arrived on the dot outside our block of flats with the car & the car was clean & functional & ready to go. Unfortunately, someone crashed into the back of us around 30 minutes from Prague on our way home from Austria but we called OneTwoGo immediately &, after having called the police ourselves, they said they'd handle everything when they got the car back from us & had the police report for insurance purposes. We duly drove home to Prague &, sure enough, Maxim arrived on the dot again to pick up the car, checked over the police report, checked the mileage (or Kms) & other checks around the car & then informed me that we'd get the 10,000Kč deposit back within two or three days & that was it & he was off. Two days later, I received the deposit back into my account (minus the extra mileage we did which cost a lowly 5Kč per Km). Honestly one of the best car rental experiences I've had in my life. Everything was so easy from start to finish & everything was very open, honest & transparent. I'll definitely be using their services again, if/when necessary. Keep up the good work, guys!

Simply the best rental service in Prague. I'm a very satisfied long time customer. Great cars, great pricing and overall attitude. I can only recommend this one.

Absolutely perfect. Car was exact spec as arranged, perfectly clean without a spot, techical condition as well. I paid no extra for having the car delivered AND picked-up at my house. Would choose again.
