Lack of professionalism! Decide for yourself - do you want to waste your time in liquidation, and possibly money when paying online for something that will not take place anyway. I ordered an excursion to Krumluv. A confirmation of acceptance, a voucher, a map of the meeting point and instructions for paying in cash to the guide were sent to the mail. I learned that the excursion will NOT take place from the message of the Watsapp, after my intervention on the day of the proposed excursion. The "organizers" did NOT consider it necessary to warn that the excursion was canceled !! By the way, they didn't even apologize.

I want to thank manager Cyril, who nevertheless advised to go to Dresden. They chose for a long time, there was not much money left at the end of the vacation. But I wanted to see something besides the Czech Republic. As an option, they proposed to Vienna, but to Austria a little expensive, not quite our option. But Dresden liked both me and her husband. Moreover, they have long wanted to go there. The cool thing is that in fact everything turned out on the same day: in the morning we left Czech Republic, arrived in Germany closer to 11 in the morning. Lucky with the weather, it was sunny, warm. Even the jackets were not useful. While riding the bus, the guide talked about what awaits us, where we will go, etc. And not so much that she was chatting non-stop, no. Information was dosed out, and in the case. And most importantly, she spoke Russian completely. In addition to the spent 64 euros, they paid 13 euros for the transport museum and the treasury of green vaults 24 euros. There was also an art gallery, but we didn’t go there anymore, and it’s good, if desired. Because visiting all museums and other things comes at an additional cost. So I recommend taking at least 100 euros with you. Firstly, you will have to eat (you’ll be hungry for 11 hours, 100%, but you won’t survive that much time in snacks alone). And secondly, you can buy souvenirs to relatives and friends. It was about 4-5 hours of free time for independent walks, so while wandering around, you definitely want to buy something.

Satisfied with the services provided. I came to Prague for work, but I really wanted to see the city and the sights to the maximum. And he is unlikely to be able to cover everything in a short time. Therefore, ordered a tour. The guys found just by reviews on the Internet. The guide tells really interesting, not just some well-known facts blurts out and does not give a lecture. The feed was generally liked. I’ll be in Prague again, I’ll definitely visit you!

Really high quality service. Several times they took excursions from the Express Tour, until they failed. Of the latter, we went there that summer to Kutna Hora with a stop at Sternberk Castle. The view, of course, is mesmerizing. Almost everything was made of bones in Kutna Hora, even a little creepy. The guide tells the story of the place very interestingly.
