The cars are always new, clean and in great condition. The service is fast and the staff are friendly. Great prices!

I have rented from them many times and have never had a problem. The cars are nice and clean and the service has always been good. I have never damaged the car and so can't speak to how they would handle that.

This company in partnership with RENTplus are crooks. I had to make a claim for an accident where another car was damaged. This poor innocent victim has not been able to get any information or response from the company for the last 10 months. She has been out of pocket for the cost to fix her vehicle and they will not answer her. Stay far away from Nu and RENTplus!

Rented through Hotwire because the prices were much less then other companies. But after showing up, all said and done, the car cost as much or more then others I could have booked. Last thing, the staff was very rude and unhelpful, I honestly couldn’t believe how bad the experience was dealing with them. At least the car was clean and nice though.
