Nice place to rent a car. Quick and friendly English speaking staff. Single place in Prague center that works on weekends. Usually give cars higher category then order 😏

The staff of this RENTplus branch is really nice and I am a loyal customer. BUT the customer support when calling is extremly unfriendly and not very helpful.

Very good experience. I had a new car and it was cheap. The whole process for renting is very smooth. I also had my deposit back very quickly and everything was allright.

Rented a car couple of times here, the staff is nice, the process is fast and the cars are new. Great value.

Let me say I am sorry. When I rent a car I usually come here. Loyal recurring customer. They can be very polite and gentle. Today... I have paid in advance.. surprisingly I came here at 10:00 instead of 09:00 and I was told that I have to wait at least 30 minutes for my car. All cars have been given to other clients. Is it this how you treat clients ? Is it a mistake payment in advance ? Good luck
