Very impressive building from the outside. I haven't been inside so can't judge that part.

I'm calling for important information at 11:20 on the other hand, they turn off my call and hang up. The one-hour lunch break during office hours is said to be few and the office hours are valid only for us ordinary mortals. :(

It is not possible to appeal to the court.

They cannot be reached by the court, they do not reply to emails or messages in the data box. Arrogance incredible. But trying a citizen not to answer them, so it eats.
