The plot of land on the former Vostrkovská garden was built up in the first decade of the 16th century. Further adjustments in the second half of the 17th and early 19th centuries changed the appearance of the house to Baroque and later Classicist. The area above the portal with the year 1664 is decorated with two cartouches - the upper one with a painting of the Infant Jesus of Prague and the lower one with a house sign - a blue fox with wine in its mouth. The reason is not entirely clear, supposedly there used to be a gamekeeper's lodge here, or even a sacred grove, in which mythical princess Libuše liked to spend her time. As we move from ancient myths closer to a recent history - a famous Czech actor, writer and director Jiří Voskovec allegedly lived here from 1935 until his departure for America (he became an American citizen in 1955). Today the Estonian embassy is located here. Parcela na pozemku bývalé Vostrkovské zahrady byla zastavěna v první dekádě 16. století. Další úpravy ve druhé polovině 17. a počátku 19. století změnily vzhled domu na barokní a později klasicistní. Plochu nad portálem s letopočtem 1664 zdobí dvě kartuše - horní s malbou Pražského jezulátka a dolní s domovním znamením - modrou liškou s vínem v tlamě. Důvod není zcela jasný, údajně se tu kdysi nacházela hájovna, dokonce se tu měl rozprostírat jakýsi posvátný háj, který ráda navštěvovala bájná kněžna Libuše. V krásně upraveném domě údajně bydlel (od roku 1935 až do svého odchodu do Ameriky) Jiří Voskovec, dnes tu sídlí estonské velvyslanectví.
