Embassy of Spain

I have been calling several times in a regular work day during the working hours and not a single time someone picked up. One would expect a better support from an embassy, especially during the pandemic time.

I’ve been calling them for already 1 week, calling every day twice per day and none pick up the phone. Once someone picked it up and hang up at the time. I am in hurry to ask about some important documents and nobody wants to help me. It’s so disappointing to have this embassy as representative of Spain. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Gorgeous building, polite, kind and beyond efficient staff! Certainly one of the best embassies to visit here in Prague! :)

Catastrophic service provided by consulate for obtaining a single NIE : unprecise mail or verbal instructions, diffculties to got an appointement (including once due to a .... strike !), unsympathetic behavior of the staff (except the consul himself, very pleasant and polite), very long process due to lack of follow up from their part (needed to send an ultimate email to discover that document were ready). And sherry on the cake : they left me once by accident private documents from another person.... Catastrophic....

I went to do paperwork for my son. The person who attended me was a paragon of patience, calm and solicitude. Although I arrived with some missing papers (my fault for not reading the instructions), he took his time to help me fill them out on the spot and also gave me valuable information on documentation and procedures in general. Thank you embassy team, you are flawless in quality of service. Of course, for those who read this: the requirements to process documents on the website are outdated. When you receive the email from the embassy with the list of papers to fill out, pay attention to that email 100%.
