Great night emergency experience. They really helped us while being nice, giving feeling that they care, explained everything. We are grateful and thankful. English without problems.

If I could give no stars I would , terrible experience, the staff doesn't even try to help , to get some attention you need to bug the staff repeatedly. We asked for confirmation for work and to receive (our!!!) x-ray for further consultation and of course we haven’t got them even though it’s been a week . Just horrible

I can share the same with many of us. Terrible place, at the emergency door at 1am doctor start speaking to us in Czech, I asked him that he speaks English, he said the same in Czech so I repeated my request where I got something like this: Are you living in Czech? In fact I am. Doctor: then you should speak Czech... To seek for medical assistance apparently everyone should..
