Kind and professional service. Came there to get the application for the driving license. They have made a very detailed analysis of my health and I am satisfied. Only paid 400 czk for everything (but I have health insurance provider who is connected to them).

I've been going here since 2006 as an employment benefit and it's changed hands a few times over the years. They used to be pretty decent but with the latest change they became bureaucratic and unhelpful to the point where they cannot give the service paid for, asking for documents that don't exist and still asking for them when offered proof that they don't exist, and this is accompanied by generally unhelpful and bureaucratic customer services. I cannot recommend this.

One of the best services received, all the doctors are super nice and friendly. a great kudos to the nurses as well. The ladies at the reception - tip top :) Happy to have found a place where everything goes smooth and everyone is so nice to you. Great job to all and thank You all for your service! :)

I have paid for an annual program, I have undergone check-ups at several doctors, either with acute problems or as a regular check-up. The attitude of the doctors was in any case very good, in case of complications it was absolutely no problem to order examinations / blood tests and other necessary procedures. I see a difference in health care when doctors are paid differently from an insurance company, which in many cases sends them less money, when I prescribe people more or more expensive examinations. Suddenly I have no problem getting the necessary examinations :) A big bonus, which I use extremely often, is ordering a doctor via a mobile application, where doctors subsequently send a medical report and ordering at the exact time without waiting to be able to undergo more examinations one after the other, which is very time-efficient.

Hello, 16.12. I was ordered to sono to Mrs. Dr. Spelins with a 3 month old baby. I was 10 minutes late on the phone, I went out of the hospital with my son, and I refrained from breastfeeding. The son is after antibiotics with poor liver tests, so I breastfeed on the recommendation of a doctor from the Motol emergency whenever needed. I explained this fact to the doctor and apologized for the delay. Mrs. Spelinova was very uncomfortable, sarcastic, and kept telling me throughout the examination that I had arrived late and was answering any questions that would make it impossible for me. She did her son so fast that he cried with desire in despair, as I had never heard him cry before. Asked if I could calm him down / breastfeed for a while, she said that it was not possible when I arrived late. My satisfaction that I want to end the examination was ignored and the sono did the head, even though it obviously didn't make sense. I would like to point out that we are being examined for hemaglioma, which should not be used. Mrs. Spelinova did not even tell me the result, she just sent her sister to the corridor, where I was waiting. I asked you if the doctor would give me a comment and the nurse (very kindly) apologized to me and told me that "the doctor is not in the constellation to tell me in person". I have never encountered such an unpleasant way of acting at the doctor's. Plus, the moment I get there with such a little one babies who have problems, I would expect a completely different approach. The only thing I did wrong was a delay of 10 minutes, excused several times. I left with a breeze and I will never use your clinic again. I highly recommend ending cooperation with this lady. it did not occur to me that such behavior in Mrs. Spelin's was somewhat exceptional. My son has a greater hemaglioma from this examination, and if it is proven that the doctor's intervention has somehow suffered, I will consider legal action. Equipment of the Ymca branch in addition to the body, ugly interior. I was expecting a completely different approach from a private clinic. This cannot be compared to the approach of a doctor in Motol, for example. In this case, a private clinic does not equal a better approach and a nicer environment, on the contrary. I do not recommend it to anyone. All wrong - the approach of Dr.Spelinova when I came with my 3 months old baby just 10 minutes later for the appointment was unacceptable. I never met a doctor so unsympathetic and unprofessional like she was. Old interior, ugly poorly lighted rooms (I visited Ymca). I do highly recommend to go somewhere else - even a public hospital like Motol offeres better service and nicer environment.
