Excellent dry cleaning in Prague, I used their services for already a few years. Always perfect work, and in my opinion, the best thing is that they are very client-oriented! Pavlina Pichler very qualified and very pleasant to talk to; she helped me with my minor problem. Definitely, I recommend Luxury Dry Cleaners Prague! And will always use their services in the future!

Enter at your own risk! Positively the worst customer experience I have made in the past couple of years. They've contrived to damage my really expensive garment and that is not the worst part. The worst part is that they can care less about people who bring them business. By that I mean: no Hi, no communication about potential risks of the service, no professionaly looking receipt, no thank you for your business and bye. Now, image your garment being damaged and an angry biz owner you are supposed to talk to calmly about what the possible solutions are, tries to bring you down, is being nasty, combative and urges you to leave and blames you for the damage!!! Never have I been treated with such contempt and lack of professionalism!

Big disappointment. We had luxury pieces of clothing cleaned: a sheepskin jacket destroyed, a down jacket, burnt, etc ... Too bad over 100,000 CZK. Ms. Pichler's demeanor and expression was not only arrogant, but she turned her back on everything. We will solve it legally.

I had to clean the dark blue classic jacket in this clean room. When picking up, I noticed the thread pulled in the material directly under the breast, it was a small eye. Mrs. owner took the shears and directly in the material under the breast, where was not the back of the shear. Normally I would pull out the thread, I would spend home spendlik and everything returned to its original form. Well yeah now the thread has been stretched and shortened. I was afraid that there in the material in the place that is so much to see a hole. I asked the lady if she could write it, and if there was a diary, I would have claimed cleanup. Mrs. owner told me that nothing will say that the eye there could have been before. (which is true, she had nothing to cut and interfere with the material anyway!) She told me that it is usually a Manga jacket and it won't work. As another reason she told me she was wearing a jacket. All is true. I have a jacket a year ago. Although it is from Manga, it does not mean that it can cut into the material and risk the customer to create a hole. It's a classic suit jacket that can be worn for many years. Do you think it is advisable to cut the jacket and then renounce the responsibility excuse that the drawn eye certainly did not originate in the clean?
