This is an amazing and tidy little place in old town near the Spanish synagogue. Everything is easily explained in different languages including English and easy, even for a first timer like myself. It accepts coins, notes and cards. I got a whole load washed and tumbled dried for about 279 kc. It’s spotless and the best thing is that the machines have pre-loaded detergents so you just need to bring your clothes. The place has a massive TV and comfortable seating. It was easily the most impressive laundry mat I have ever seen

Very clean facility. I expect the clothes will be very clean because the Miele machines are likely to do a good job. We used one large and one medium washer. Everything went into one large dryer because my wife has clothes that she never puts in any dryer. There are 4 temp set points on the dryer from low to hot. We used medium low and it worked fine. Cost was 200Cz and 150Cz for the large and medium washers. The washers auto-dispense basic detergent. And 200Cz for 48 min in the large dryer. You need to bring small currency and coins as there is not a change machine. Another customer said if you overpay because of a large bill, you do not get change. Instead you get a store credit on a store issued magnetic card (although when I tried to buy a card, the control machine said it had no fresh cards to issue.) On this Sunday, the vending machine with extra ingredients (stain removers, etc.) was out of order.

The drying machines don’t dry, we selected the highest temperature for 48 minutes and the clothes were sill wet. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Also, the WiFi connection isn’t good, only right in front of the machines that it works. And the air-conditioner wasn’t working in the middle of a European summer with high temperatures.
