The large machine does not spin dry properly. Clothes are dripping wet at the end of the cycle. The dryers have only one temperature setting. There is a temperature setting there but it is just for show. 36 minutes is not long enough to dry a small load of clothes and (even if you can get change from somewhere nearby after the change machine has run out of coins) the dryers just refuse start again. Do yourself a favour. Wash your clothes in the hotel sink and then hang them to dry on the furniture. They will be clean and dry faster and you will save yourself the ten euros it took me to get half dry clothes which I had to hang on the furniture anyway. One star. Not at all recommended.

Absolutely rubbish. The change machine doesn't work. One of the driers took ages to dry clothes. The other drier was out of order. I would never go back to this dump again.

Despite the previous reviews, my experience was just fine. The changer did work, the instructions on the machines and above are pretty clear, the WiFi works, and the dryer works. I will say the dryer isn’t to the full 800°F we’re used to in the US, but we weren’t in the US so I was pleased nonetheless. I was there for 2 hours and managed to get both my girlfriend and my own laundry done with no hassles whatsoever. At least consider this place before you go elsewhere.

We washed our clothes here around 3pm and it wasn't very busy. 2 washers were open and 1 dryer. One wash cycle took about an hour. We were able to get change from the change machine, the wifi was fast, the dryer dried our clothes sufficiently. We spent about 3 hours in total here. There is a nice mini market down the street if you want snacks while you wait.
