They were incredibly rude to me. Somehow they managed to charge me over double to clean my single garment and didn’t even do it right - upon returning to my hotel room I did it myself although shirt was no longer pressed. I lost my ticket and they kept yelling at me to give them my Czech ID card. Anyway they copied my Texas ID card, charged me even more money and that’s that. If you’re a foreigner avoid this place like the plague. They’re unwelcoming, rude, and can’t even do their job. There’s plenty of other places more deserving of your business. I’d also like to mention that I was speaking Czech or trying my best. Pictured below is their “fine” for a lost ticket. Yes, really. You will never see this back home.

I brought my jacket for cleaning, they returned it to me in 2 days, everything is fine

After cleaning them from the jacket, they began to fly. And to the end I have a hole !! Unfortunately, I can't find my receipt. Otherwise they would have a problem. I do not recommend at all.
