Bad Service. I told exactly I need 8 hours of service in the form. They don't check that at all. I told them I need also the ironing and I told them I could pay for the extra. But they only assigned 4 hours to cleaning lady, but I needed at least 8. I told to their customer service and the lady on the phone said "I am not going to fight with you." rudely. She could not finish cleaning and rushed. So did not finish neither ironing nor cleaning all rooms. So bad service. Expats, beware.
Very overpriced services. For cleaning 250 crowns per hour and yet they are not able to take over the order over the phone and confirm by email. The client must fill in everything in their form, otherwise they do not deal with it at all. They will ask for 1.5 times her salary for a nanny. In addition, they are annoying in conversation. I am at all surprised that such a society makes a living here.
