They were super punctual with us, and the quality of the service is good. We were a little afraid, because all of the bad comments, but now after this good service we recomend this laundry.

Thanks to all the previous reviews, I went there today and achieved what I needed and avoid any issues that might be happening. - first prepare for rudeness, just ignore and be nice - watch out for 2 basket and just put all your stuff into one unless you really need two - if you worry about shrinking, just ask for washing and dry just 10 minutes and no need to fold which she gladly to do with less work. I just hang my stuff in my hotel and it took 1 hour instead of 2 to pick up. (reason for drying 10 minutes is to avoid wrinkles) Overall I think it's very reasonable priced and all my clothes are clean and ready for my journey.

Close to our hotel and waaay cheaper. 10 minute walk from the main train station. 230 koruna for a basket of laundry and it was done in 3 hours. Good value, good location.
