I change my review from 1 start to 4 because I don't want to ruin the good job of cleaning stuff: they did a good job, I am satisfied with their work. My winter clothes are clean and nice. But I will leave my initial comment below. I hope my complaints will be reflected and the management will do its best to correct their mistakes. ----------------------------- I was told on the phone that for the first order the DELIVERY is going to be free, So I registered in the website and made my first order!| , but later got a SUPER DIFFICULT explanation that it works a bit different. The girl on the phone was trying to HELP but rather to JUSTIFY why the can not fulfil this free delivery thing. Not a big deal, but this is a bad service. Lets see if they fix this problem, otherwise I can not put more stars: Guys all your business is SERVICE, and it should work smoothly not like a government red tape.

I walked in and no one spoke English, I was brushed out and it felt like I am being told get lost, do you want me to say more? Here is more: I went to Andy's Laundromat, and they were the opposite of you, warm, welcoming, did everything to get my laundry done. Go learn from Andy's. I am sure your reviews will get better then

Best cleaning services in Prague. I don't care about washing, drying or ironing my clothes anymore. They pick up all the laundry and bring it back at the time that I choose comfortably on their website. Everything is perfectly clean and scented. P.S., Love their orange laundry bags!

I send a blanket and a coat that was previously spilled with coffee on it and there were also some stains. They were delivered to me the next day fully cleaned. They prices are really good. I was totaly satisfied with their service!
