Absolutely horrible !! I would prefer to give -5 stars. We had the most expensive pieces of the wardrobe cleaned and we expected a higher quality of cleaning than we could do alone at home with a washing machine or bare hands. Not only is the suit more dirty than when we brought it there, but most importantly it is destroyed forever !!!!!!! The trousers and the jacket are made of naturally sensitive material and have abrasions and scratches, stains and maps and ironed stains from careless ironing after "cleaning". The lady apparently ignored the care and ran an iron or roller on the asphalt all over her pants from the outside, burning the contours of the pockets on the surface of the pants. The winter jacket was cleaned from the outside, but the ladies must have coughed on the inside. However, the stench of clothes after some chemistry is only the smallest. We don't even want to complain about anything anymore, because we certainly won't get compensation for several thousand for destroyed clothes, at most, no refund for cleaning, if at all, and I don't feel like arguing with anyone anymore. I do not recommend anyone to stay as far away from this treatment plant as possible. One would cry :(

Everything in perfect order, coats perfectly cleaned. Great staff. I can only recommend. :)

After picking up the coat, there were stains left on it, which were scraped off with my fingernail, I immediately returned and the lady cleaned the stain while you waited. Then I inspected the coat more closely and found at least 3 more stains. I came back again, they took the coat for cleaning, with the proviso that I should pick it up the next day. All, of course, without apology. If I cleaned my coat at home, I would save 299 CZK, time and nerves.

After handing over the completely cleaned suit, there was no mention that something failed! Still dirty shirt and jacket. Thank you for your second attempt at rectification. The jacket is fine, the dirt is irreversibly washed on the shirt. Tailored shirts with initials for write-off. Unfortunately, next time I will try another treatment plant. Everything is in order, the jacket is perfectly cleaned. I can only recommend.
