1 ruined dress, 1 dirty bedding

Horrible service!!! I left a white coat to iron. They accepted with a single word. I came back in one hour, it wasn’t properly ironed. I refused to accept it and asked for refund as they said it’s impossible to iron Better. Moreover , surprisingly the coat got yellow stains, which were not there before. It’s a designer coat for 1000euros. I filled in a complain which was edited by the staff Galina. I said that it’s not acceptable that she edits my complain. We called the manager Renata who in a very rude form said that we are in Czech Republic, speak Czech. Then she said that I should know better if my coat was dirty or not. Well, it’s their responsibility to check before accepting. And if I want I can carry on with my complain but they ll keep my coat for 30 days. They also mentioned that anyways we are not gonna accept it. One more thing to note I heard the staff speaking among each other, and they said that Galina is new and forgot to check conditions of the coat and didn’t know if this fabric is easy to iron or not. By the end I was told that I also should know if it’s easy to iron or not. Like hallo that’s why I’m paying you money to tell me and do it or not. You don’t accept smth not knowing if it’s gonna work out or not.

TERRIBLE service, I brought I white shirt which had normal dirt stains on the neck and sleeves, when I picked it up it was exactly the same as when I left it there, they told me that there was nothing they could do. I left it there so they would wash it one more time but it looked exactly the same. Not surprisingly all the stains disappeared with no problem when I washed it by hand.

Unfortunately, my experience is appalling. I wanted to clean a silk evening dress that is hand-sewn. The lady was looking for a sign, supposedly to know how to wash it and that without the sign it will wash me without a guarantee, ie. it either does not wash at all or destroys the fabric. I do not understand how it is possible that the laundry operator does not know the material, even if it is silk. And according to the sign, I can wash too :)
