I paid 230czk to have a wool winter coat dry cleaned. It still smells just as bad as when I brought it in. I’d rather pay more and have them actually clean it. They should clean it until it is cleaned.
Made the status worse and worse - tried 3x rectification. Totally destroyed carpet.
Definitely not recommended !!! They destroyed my brand new jacket with real fur, which they didn't even take off, which wouldn't just make a really sharp intelligible, obviously professionally hard to find for workers! 25 000, - for a jacket that I can throw out the window!
The suit came back to me unmarked - they didn't wash it at all, they didn't clean it. Pants still from the mud and the jacket sweaty ... No one even touched him.
The dry cleaner's in Římska Street is absolutely professional, and they are always happy to help you with everything. I warmly recommend.
