I've ordered for several months and it's been a good overall, but I think there is room for improvement :) Positives * I love that they have meals for Saturdays * I love that they deliver every other day instead of daily * Delivery driver speaks English and customer support has always been very nice * Good quality food and balanced diet Negatives * Delivery is consistent but often quite late (around 21 – 21:30) * When you ask to exclude a menu item (like fish/seafood for me) the entire meal is replaced instead of just the fish/seafood part, so the meals gets very repetitive. I often get 2–3 of the same meal per delivery * QR codes usually don't work properly, so I log nutrition info from the website and by Saturday, it's already changed to the next week * It'd be great if we could rate individual meals or leave feedback more easily

Great service :) Sometimes I order last minute or need to change something and they are always there to help! The food is super tasty, the macros are also very good(always a decent amount of protein) and everything fits very well with my calorie limit.

I was positively surprised about the quality and variety of the food. It was above my expectation, and we were happy to continue using the service for the longer time. I would state that the food is much better than in most restaurant for take away. The verity of food is also a plus, ranging from salads, to fish and meat. Would be appreciated if delivering service will also cover surrounding of Prague. I believe many people living just on Prague border will afford and appreciate it.

Very tasty food, breakfasts were my favorite :) Just one thing I would improve is that sometimes there was chicken in every meal during one day and it was too much. Otherwise really good, better than expected. Ordering again :)

After some time, this became extremely repetitive. And I don't mean the ingredients, but salads are mostly after dresing. There was almost never something sweet (except breakfast). I don't think the fit means tasteless or avoiding sugar and fruit. I think it means to minimize the added sugar. I never had a tasty chicken, it was always dried as hell, even inside soup (I never thought it's possible). I had the feeling that all the food tries to looking fancy, or exotic. But let's be honest. Octopus is not a local animal. I'm usually affraid to eat it even in restaurants. So why should I trust it will be ok after 2 days from cook that never made a chicken well? I'm not saying it was wrong, I just lost the trust, which I consider essential for this kind of business. I had also few issues when the food was not delivered even though it supposed to, and also the opposite, when I didn't order it. Most of the employees are quite robots. Like the driver has his own paper and doesn't care about how to handle situation. Although this was plesant experience at first, it fliped shortly after. But to be fair, I really liked the late time order, card payment to driver and really fair price. I'm giving 3 stars only thanks to the price, which is somewhat aligned to the service quality. Yet there is a lot of space for improvement.
