I am very happy to return to this shop here and I think that speaks for itself. Professionalism at a quality level. The saleswomen enjoy their work and do it with an interest in people and not just in pushing my product. They really want to advise the customer on what they need and their animal health and experience. I've been to more branches, but they push there what I don't want, so PetCernter Ovenecká is the best.

Saturday before closing time, 8.2. at 12:45 pm, my saleswoman Kristyna was able to "bewitch" me with her willingness, who at that moment could probably give me a really graceful look and smile of Miss Discovery to sell everything that she would take - I would just come back to Ovenecká street near Letenské náměstí like ... ☀️👍
