Thanks to the exercise with the right muscles involvement, the right posture / sitting position and the right breathing, I quickly got rid of the headache and cervical spine. I continue to use the exercises in case of difficulties at home. I recommend exercise to everyone who is suffering both long and short term problems. The pills will only take your pain and relieve you for a few hours / days. But a few days when you do exercise can make you feel better forever;).

I am 5 months after childbirth and I decided to do something with my tummy that was left unfinished after childbirth. Also my back ached a lot. Anyway, what I started practicing in the core academy has improved my condition. My doctor confirmed it to me after the examination. I'm not even hurting my back anymore. It's the first time since pregnancy and childbirth that I see the light at the end of the tunnel and I know I'll get rid of the diastasis. In addition, I enjoy the exercise here so I can really recommend it. Thank you

I had pain in my lower back and groin and it went so far that I stopped riding, which was a tragedy for me. A friend recommended me the Core Academy. I went to them for diagnostics and then started to practice. At the moment I still go to exercise, but what is best, I ride a horse again. I enjoy exercising very much and I feel real relief, especially in my back. I can only recommend!

For years I have been suffering from back pain and sometimes I was on the emergency room. The guys here taught me the exercises I didn't give at first, but thanks to their patience, I learned them too :) Since then, I have no seizure (about 3 years), so a thumbs up for me.

It is nice, new space and quality individual training focused on strengthening the muscles around the spine, which I could not engage in regular exercises. Normally I do not give a lot of strength (I prefer to run), but I needed to rehabilitate tendonitis and this helped me.
