One start is too much. Lady from post was very Rude. And my important Registration Letter did not reach the destination. Thank you for your professionalism.

It's small but the advantage is that it's never full. The ladies working there are more friendly, speak English and swift compared to the average Czech standard of services. While the interior looks very old you can efficiently send and receive items. Yes, they accept Visa and Mastercard.

Really rude staff. It seems to be the case in most Czech post offices. Very unpleasant service.

It's not possible to pay with card despite the fact that there is a device to pay with card.. Probably it does not work right now.. The employee Eva could not tell us why it does not work..

Nothing is a problem, everything is cleared quickly and a smile is a matter of course. The best mail I know. Thank you!!!
