I recently sent a package from Prague to Prague to a store, because again, due to the covid, she could not pick it up in person ... And I see that it says: the shipment is damaged. So I call the post office what it is and they told me that the store didn't take the package because the box was damaged. And that I therefore have to come to one branch on the outskirts of Prague. So, of course, I was a little dialed about what they did with it, but that's good, it happens sometimes. Come on, I think the shipment was insured, so I'll repack it in another box and send it again. When I got there after 20 minutes by public transport, the lady at the counter didn't even know what was going on with the package, why there and how to proceed. When she got to it, the branch manager told me that the insurance only applies to the goods inside and that if I want to send it, I have to pay another 130 crowns for delivery. So at the beginning I paid for the delivery once, then they didn't even give me a new box and I had to buy it, even though they damaged it and I had to pay for the package again. After all, they cannot be blamed for the fact that the deliveryman did not accept the shipment, the insurance does not cover it and I am not entitled to anything. And they were still looking at me like a co..to what I dare to do. Unreal...

The Czech Post as an institution functions catastrophically. I'm home, waiting for the package, still nothing. Suddenly, an SMS beeps that the package could not be delivered and is stored in the mail. At the same time, no one rang me and I do not have a ticket about the attempted delivery in the mailbox. The deliverers do not bother to get out of the car. Not to mention bring the package to the door, ring the bell and hand over the shipment. And the same scenario is repeated for the last 3 years, basically whenever I am forced to have something delivered by Czech Post. Incredible audacity and contempt for customers, it's just not visible.

The company has no other review option. So I will write it here, because it is not a review of the branch, but of the whole post office, which is located in this place. The post office is an incredible institution when it comes to delivery, we all know ours, but I don't care about the poštaonline page. I don't know what kind of aids you have, but you should think about how your site works. I have a paired card with my account, but on the mobile application in the same account, the card is not, when you try to add it you want the card code and security code. Of course, I don't know the security code, if I want to send the code, then only by registered mail and it costs CZK 30. I don't understand the reason. Just send it by email, don't invent nonsense. It is easier to change your password, for example, to a bank and so on. Only the mail must have something extra. I do not understand. If you weren't a state-owned enterprise, you wouldn't exist for a long time. Unfortunately, we pay you, we also pay your employees and therefore also the Ajťáky, so do something hell with it. It's awful.
