Česká pošta

The staff, i mean the two girls i found on direct costumers, don t speak english so you cannot comunicate with them! I think it is Crazy don t speak english in Prague where are many tourists, i went to post Office near mustek and there it was better. Thanks you, we are in prague and no everybody knows czech!

23. 12. 2020 Information was found that the 2 most capable employees of this branch (age - both a little over 50 years, many years of work for employers) were fired from the Czech Post for "surplus of employees". I think that this is a completely SIMPLIC ACTION OF THE COMPANY Česká pošta.

I understand people writing about annoying workers very well, it's always awful. But I had no conflict here and the reason for my high rating is that in the times I visited this mail (2 years ago), there were practically no queues. Which was quite a luxury for being in the center.

I paid the delivery to another address for 6 months. Nothing worked for me for 2 months, I also tested it - then it turned out that the person in question thought that I didn't want it at all. The next month again nothing - concerned / and he did not manage. For half a year I received one registered letter and one normal letter. Nobody knows where the others are. It's three months after the end, I've already said that the post will start coming to me - and lo and behold, they sent me something ... what in God's name is so complicated ?????

I've been here twice and the lady behind the counters were nice and helpful. If someone does not understand for the fifth time they are called it is certainly not a problem for the post office staff.
