I have used Global twice and can unequivocally say they provide top-notch customer service. They are professional and attentive. The staff are multi-lingual and go out of their way to ensure your rental experience is painless. Both cars I rented were practically new (not always a given in Europe), clean and waiting for me upon arrival. On top of the great service, it's hard to beat their prices. A great company! Look no further.

Do not rent from this company! Lied about not recieving my reservation, tried to overcharge me. When going to return the car in the city - the office was closed. Lied about trying to call me, lied about me giving wrong number and gave me no choice but to drive at night to the airport to return the car. Would rate 0 stars if possible!

Worst service ever, they just try to take money from your credit card with any excuse and even without your approval, the received the car back with same exact condition, then few days later they charged the credit card without my approval
