Pavel is a lovely helpful person. Car was not our original choice but very satisfied with the upgrade to a golf combi. Car is not new as expected but at the price you can not complain. Very good car rental. Pavel is a nice guy and the cars are of decent quality. After we rented a car for a day we found it more convenient to give it back late in the evening and this was no problem on a very short notice.
