DM drugstore was one of my favorite stores for years. I had a club card and liked going there. But as it happens, things are changing - and certainly more for the worse. First, Miss Sport's brand disappeared. Then Loreal Volumissime mascara was missing. OK. I started to buy both at the competition. Last dry Syoss shampoo. But the last drop is this shop, where you can not buy from the reconstruction without the annoyance ... You go over and over the shelves, looking for and looking for and you can't find what you need (adhesive roller, napkins, trash bags - on purpose, how much time do you need before you can find them in the store? Everywhere else, hidden on unrelated shelves… I didn't find the roller even after 5 minutes). In short, the goods are deployed illogically and criss-cross, it is impossible to remember where one last discovered the thing. Shelves confusing, untidy, stools and carriages between them prevent access to the shelves. I will shorten it - I have set up a card for Aunt Drugstore (their store is just a short distance away from OC Krakov), where everything is clear, there are also workers willing to help between the shelves, they ask actively what you are looking for (while in DM you're looking for and you can only find one cashier at a cash register with a queue of four people - you don't really want to ask - and the feeling of buying is completely different. DM, you just have a thumb down for me :-(
