I have no words. I came to the center to arrange a visa until the holidays began, they took my passport in the center and told me to come 24.12. Well, I thought Taiwan was not Europa, maybe they had their special opening hours. 24.12 I came and waited at the door for about two hours at least for someone. Then Mr. Reverend told me that no one will come today. And there's no information anywhere in that building! The main thing is that I have no idea when I get my passport now, I can't even leave the city during the holidays because I need a document on every bus! It is impossible to describe how angry I am and how to deal with it now!
