Very rude and incompetent workers. The queue is a mess, no one can organize a visit to the windows. You cannot ask any of the workers anything. None of the employees want to answer your questions. You sign up via the Internet for one time, but because the terminal that issues coupons does not work, then you get to the window in an hour at best. Nobody can tell whether the window is working or not. The employee just got up and left and it is unknown whether he will return or his working day has already ended. I would very much like the Ukrainian Embassy in Prague to treat its citizens like people
