They have no idea what's going on on their website. I had an issue with medical records and I asked them what I should do. I was told that they do not handle such cases while the site clearly has the option of hospitalization. The employee there did not even let me look at the documents told me, he closed the door behind him and was trying to get me out of the way. I am very sorry that they do not help their fellow citizens.
