The two-storey rectangular building of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands was originally a residential house called By the Eye of God. It is a modified late Classicist anonymous building from 1851-62. The first building on the site of today's house was built in 1785. At that time a house was built on the church land. The first building was rebuilt and extended between 1851-62 under the ownership of Jan Riedl.
