The worst customer service I have seen in an embassy, really bad attitude from the ladies who need to attend you, plus only ONE speaks English and if you are lucky to get to "czech speaking" window then you need to wait extra time till the lady who speak English can help you, which is unacceptable as Chinese Embassy is Chinese territory how is it possible that you have people in the customer service who doesn't speak English.

I haven't visited yet but the customer service on the phone has been very unpleasant :( It is impossible to get anybody from visa department to talk to, I've been trying for a week. Eventually talked to front office who transferred my call and left me waiting on hold forever. I called again, they put me on hold. Unbelievable :(
