i just experienced possibly the best customer service of all time, i just wanted to know some visa information for Slovakia and i end up calling embassy of Slovakia in Prague. i was very happy with the customer service they have provided, especially the lady named warderova, this kind of people is an asset to any corporation's, thank you very much

I was here twice to report lost ID and get a new one - the ladies at counters were nice and helpful. It only took like 30 minutes waiting the first time. Next time I booked online and went straight. I got the ID in about a week.
