I went to collect a package sent there with DPD. I had to wait 10 minutes outside since the lady was not there. Then she arrived, the whole time without a mandatory face mask and even coughing. She was rude and not paying attention, insisting she did not have a package under my name and not even bothering to check the number. DPD had to send back the item to the sender and I am still waiting

Today I tried to pick up a package at the store, I ran away from work and lost my lunch break. However, no one was in the store and the door was locked. Despite the posted opening hours and information from the carrier that the store should have been open at that time. I don't know if it's a common practice at this branch that no one is present, anyway, a completely unnecessary complication and a waste of time for me. If it does not suit you to be in operation as a dispensing point, then do not introduce it in your store.
