I needed a beautiful bouquet for graduation. I ordered it a week in advance and I was assured by the saleswoman that the bouquet would definitely be ready. Unfortunately, when I arrived that day and announced my name, it was clear that the saleswoman had forgotten to prepare the flower. At first she tried to force the flower she had on display in the store. After some speculation, the saleswoman found my order and it was clear that she was seeing it for the first time in her life. Then she admitted that she had forgotten about the flower. In the end, I was forced to take a flower that was not very suitable for the situation and did not meet my requirements. Even a discount of 50 CZK did not improve my mood. In this florist, they will no longer see me with larger orders.
