Disgusting service. I came there for medical check from the company. I made an appointment in advance. The nurse told that they don’t know anything about appointment. I tried to call but rude man started to scream and drop the call. 1000000 times think before you go there

Ordering online on time is great. I don't have to wait unnecessarily in the waiting room. I tried a remote chat with the doctor during the covid and solved the problem without having to come to the doctor in person at all. I wish it worked like this in modern terms everywhere ... I definitely recommend it.

Operators constantly have problems with the system and loading data, they are not able to comply with requests for inspections at a specific workplace and requests for inspections on certain days. They will send an SMS with a date on the other side of Prague and on the day I announced as inappropriate. During the repeated complaint, a new date came, but again on the other side of Prague and the world is amazed - on the same inappropriate day. Great inflexibility, mechanical approach.
