Fitness Therapy

I used to be very active in sports however several injuries took me off the track. After few years I decided to start working out and get myself in shape again. So I approached Stefan. Working with Stefan is a hard work but he makes it fun. He helped me to get rid of regular pain in my back, fixed my knee after 6 surgeries and I am back in a very good shape. Working with Stefan becomes addictive and I enjoy every minute of it. I could not be happier and I strongly recommend him as a coach. We became really good friends as well and I am glad we met. The best fitness coach ever!

Super individually guided trainings, as from a professional tailor, your body then fits you, in addition to deal with them mentally, which is most important to stabilize the weight and body.

Stefan is an absolute pro with an individual approach, plus a nice guy with a great sense of humor :-)
